NEIA | Me insoles helped until they didn't. Only thing that made it go away way stretching the calf muscle. Stand facing a counter top, put the sore foot back, keep that foot flat on the floor(as best you can), now lean into the counter top and hold it for as long as you can. It will start to hurt a little after a minute or two. Stop when you get to that point. Give it a couple minutes and repeat. Do it a couple times a day. You will be amazed if you try the other foot and see the difference between the muscles. How tight one is compared to the other. | |
