Yes it does. When I first had my Tesla, I got a couple warnings like that because the closest SuperCharger would be 100 miles away in Glendive when I was getting close to home. The car had no way of knowing that I had a Level II charger in my garage. It seems to have figured that out because now I can arrive home with 10% and no way I could make Glendive and I'm getting no more warnings about being out of range.
