| 1) I use my custom inserts.
2) I wear a splint for my left legg, but also because I get muscle spasms in my calf at night that cause charlie horses.
3) I wear as comfortable and lightweight boots as I can find.
4) Stretching also helped me. I stand on a set of steps facing forward with just my toes on the step, my heels hanging off. I then raise and lower myself to stretch the rear calf muscles. This works for me.
I haven't had much pain now in several years. | |
