My suggestion is to go to net wrap school. You may have something out of adjustment. When I bought my 567 there was an inch of wrap on the top roller in the chamber. Guy said they had a lot of trouble with the net wrap. I used JD net wrap and set everything according to the school. Worked flawlessly through 4 rolls of net. Changed brands of net and had nothing but trouble. Had to put a kit on the baler to make the indicator paddle wider so it would detect the net. The school is the best thing you can do, even though it is long I guarantee it is the best school and will answer all your questions. My guess is you have too much pressure on that rubber roller.
