Subject: Pondering life

North of London
CREDIT..... reading my latest issue of Canadian Geographic magazine and a small piece as told to the author David McGuffin by Justin Trudeau

It compares life to paddling a canoe
How things can go along nicely, slowly and peacefully in quiet waters.

Then there is the anticipation of what is around the next bend
Could be rapids, big rocks and stormy weather that we have to deal with and steer around but we can usually find a quiet area to pull over and catch our breath, relax and prepare for the next stretch of water/life

As I thought more about what was printed I certainly see the comparison and hope we are all wise enough to portage around water falls or really rough water.
It can be hard work and tedious but the safe way to continue.

Enjoy your paddle through life and remember after rough water there will be calm water too.
