Subject: RE: Sheep Shearing - Oklahoma

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
That brings back memories. Dad and one of my uncles had over 100 ewes waaaay back in the day. I was maybe 5 years old at the most but can still remember the oily feel and the what I thought was a pleasant smell to freshly sheared wool. We had a ram named Alfred...you never turned your back on Alfred. Lambing time is fun when you are kid.
