I don't have any experience with arthritis yet but as said, get tested for vitamin D levels. Chances are, they are too low. Get more sun exposure (UV B as well as UV A) and get your LDL up to where it should be so your body can make enough natural vitamin D. Vitamin D is crucial to our skeletal system. Will likely take a major diet change to get your body making enough vitamin D for itself. Might be worth researching and looking into... |
