I was told to expect drivers to last half the life of the diodes themselves. So 50k hours for diodes on paper 25k for drivers. Cheap fixtures expect less but who really knows anymore with the quality from our supply chains today. Other factors of high or low voltage or surges in your supply may shorten life as well.
