41 here. I'm not as fast as i used to be but can still move at a pretty good clip. My 13 year old daughter is in track and just set the middle school record in the 200 meter dash. I've never lost to her in a race but haven't raced her this year. I might be out matched this year :(. Fwiw you sous not be experiencing those type of pains. Get it checked out.
