ND | oldbones - 5/3/2024 07:27 I don't want to start a free-for-all, but there has to be more to the story than what you wrote. There's a legitimate reason they won't give you replacement cost insurance.
Sometimes one drive in the yard shows how the place is taken care of. If things are a mess, house needs paint and shingles, junk all over. Not worth the risk to the insurance company. Insurance agents take photos of the farm buildings and such to show those things.
