NW Indiana | So should the Bitcoin investors be applying this same formula to it to come up with what its worth? What about gold it has been around awhile? Although I do feel land prices are way to high(actually making new highs in my area) I do feel the game has changed from the 80's crash mindset. Back then land was just used for farming and there was too much of it. Today there is solar, wind, co2 and other things that also provide income. There is an out of control government that is making lots of people wanting to own physical assets regardless of cost as a way to preserve wealth. So I don't think I will go as far as the game has changed but I will say I think the old ways of valuating lands worth are no longer valid.
