I always wondered why they didnt load back to front here, seems to make a lot of sense.
Some planes tip on the tail if loaded too much aft of the landing gear before loading the front. It tends to bend things when that happens. That's why. Not all models of aircraft or loads would tip, but think of who they just hired to sling bags. A consistent don't break the plane policy just works.
