N FLA | It's like I always say about Florida. If there are 11mil housing units in Florida, and we averaged $3k per unit. Which I kind of doubt it's that low.
That's $33b in premiums per year. That's rather simplistic, but are we paying out 33b in claims year in and year out?
I just looked, for fun, and insured losses from Hurricane Ian were $16billion. That was in 2022. I'm sure you won't find big losses in 2021 or 2023. Maybe my numbers are all washed up. But I also think we aren't being told the truth. | |
