The church here just sold one of our buildings because it was going to require some major foundation repair. Instead of spending the money there we decided to sell it as is and remove it from our blanket policy. You'd think that would result in a significant decrease in our premium. Instead they raised our deductible and also increased our premium. Full disclosure: the premium is less than it was before we sold the property but it was significantly increased on our remaining property. We are actively looking for a new insurance company.
