Milford, IL | Sort of a trivial question, we live in an old house with mostly original windows. The open/close action is a little stiff, wondering what works best as a lubricant. Wooden frames, window frame is the 'tongue' and the casing has a brass or brass colored steel insert 'groove' that the window slides in, picture attached. Don't want to use a product that would swell the wood 'tongue' as the fit is reasonably snug already.
