Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | You are exactly correct. These guys that say, Well, I’ll be dead so it won’t matter” are not considering those they leave behind. There is nothing that places much more stress on a family, especially a spouse, than a death in the family. That is even more so if it is the “go to” person in that family. For me it’s done and done. Additionally, I recommend either a burial policy with a reputable funeral home along with a pre planned funeral or a life insurance policy large enough to cover the cost. A burial policy and a pre plan lock in the price. Both my wife and I have already paid for our funeral (except for the opening and closing of the grave) and our headstone is in place.
