Must be an area deal but our later planted corn is almost always the best. And I mean pushing the insurance dates late.
Every year it’s going to depend on the weather but our weather cools down more at night in August than July. Corn can take quite a bit of stress when it is smaller in July and the days are shorter in August with cooler nights.
