What most of you leftys think capital gains is actually a gain fail to see how much of the gain is just inflation. So you want to tax the inflation but you don't realize how much buying power you lost. Some of us older people remember when being a millionaire actually meant something. Do you remember how much you could buy with a million? Not to much now.
