The shot at a record was shot in the but this weekend with all the rain. I will say the acres that aren’t planted yet have a shot at record yields but guys are already talking about being freaked out by how late the planting is. I’m guessing a majority of the acres that need planted will be pushed and 10-15% of those acres will be affected negatively. We can still have a good crop but a record is no longer in the cards.

it must be miserable every year starting the week after planting spending all year talking about how terrible your crop is then harvest corn that is 50-80 bu above the national average every year. You guys need to find a job from May through September to keep your minds occupied while the crop grows.
