Rain makes grain. By mid June things will look a lot different. IMHO

As dry as the ground deep down is or was supposed to be, the water will soak in faster and the top will dry faster than normal. These wet conditions with a week or two delay are more positive than negative right now. if the weather pattern is still very wet in two - three weeks from now with very little seeding progress then that will be a different story/outcome.
