Dug a few dead trees out yesterday.
Even with the nice rains we've had this spring, you don't have to dig very far down to hit powder dry dirt. Which isn't real surprising considering most tiles are still dry.
The surface is wet but it wouldn't take too much sun to get back in the field quickly.
