SE Iowa | 1.2” over the weekend. Had a half inch the week before. Pretty fortunate to be in the dry slot of the system this weekend as just 20 miles SE of me had had entirely too much. I’d be fine if this week turned a little drier. I know the soil profile needs more still but with crops emerging were good until things get established. 95% planted so I do need a little dry weather to have a half a day to finish things up. Pushed harder than normal to get crops in for some reason and half I did. Already have geese eating emerged corn though which is a problem… | |
