First of all, 2,4-D never has been good on kochia. Can do a good job of curling it up but not kill. Looks like they were too tiny to have any chance with do to the hairs keeping herbicide from touching leaf surface. Looks to be much taller than 1/4” now.
Does 24D work on Kochia anymore?
