I believe it is hit setup, data, delete, page down, and then factory reset. Note this will also cause the monitor to reset back to old software so you will have to do a software update as the reset will put the monitor to how it came out of the box when new. Be sure to back up everything before you reset, planter configuration, field map data everthing you can backup.
