| Probably the worse tornado outbreak to hit Nebraska since the 1980 tornadoes in Grand Island ne.There were 5 off those that hit the town.Locust street by Fonner Park.Was totally destroyed from one end to the other.Million off dollars in damages.5 people died.Elkhorn Ne reminds me alot off that.They had a video off the tornado that hit Elkhorn that is downright scary.Radar was shown to.It had a huge hook echo on there.Thats a wedge tornado that stays on the ground an causes unbelievable destruction.I urge people to not visit those areas.You will be a hindrance to the cleanup.Also trying to avoid looting which is common after a disaster like this.Stay away.Hopefully no fatalities.You can't replace people you can replace everything else. | |
