ECIL | That would be my take. Not saying the above guy is making something up, but I sit on a co-op board and I see no way other way around. Unless there was a provision in the by-laws already.
Thing I've learned about being on a board is that there are some good stories going around, especially when you start projects or do something bigger. You generally don't hear anything from patrons either, unless it is negative! :) | |
