NW IL | When I turn on pump and boom sections I only get enough flow to run a few nozzels, and only if I have 1 of the 4 sections on at a time, and it won't build pressure.
If I turn off all the sections pressure takes 1 or 2 seconds to get up past 40psi. Pressure is measured after the control valve and before the section valves. I took an end cap off the sprayer line and got flow out, but not a lot of pressure.
That leads me to think that the control valve is not opening enough.
Now that I've had lunch, I'll open the control valve with a 12v battery, connect the hoses and double check that my pump has good output.
I took the pump apart but didn't find anything wrong, though I didn't dig deeply to see how the inner seal looked. | |
