Wife and I have been sprinting and walking in the mornings. Short bursts of maximum speed with walking in between. In addition some pull ups and push ups. Less than 30 minutes total a day.
I think it is helping and putting on some muscle. I have heard multiple doctors say that loss of muscle as we age is definitely a way of becoming more unhealthy. Some regular exercise and eating adequate protein is very important as we age.
