| I recently purchased a pair of 5 lb and a pair of 10 lb Amazon Basics dumbbells after viewing an 8 minute video about the benefits of strength training for seniors.

and using the gear icon slowed it to half speed and began training with it. Now I just try to do one or two sets of each exercise at various times during the day. Doing so has improved my sleep. It is easier to fall asleep, and sleep for total of 8 hours instead of 6.5 before and easier to get up in the morning. | |
