I sprout and grow micro-greens and cut leaf lettuce small, a tomato and a little cucumber. We use mashed raspberries and lemon juice as dressing. This along with a small lunch. We don't buy anything processed and buy very little. We have a few chickens for eggs and meat, 2 pigeon pairs for meat and goats for dairy and meat....James
