I pay but want a lower lease rate because of that or…? Can go either way (you or the owner) depending on lease cost and length. Basically its negotiable. Around here renter often applies fertilizer at removal rates if ground is in good fertility to begin with. In that case, owner pays for your lime and potash, then you agree to keep fertility where it is. |
