coast of Maine | Thats how my girlfriend (now wife) started in 1980.All honor system,,maybe 5 years.Got too busy,some theft but not bad.When an employee then cost 50 $$ a day to set there and wait on customers we figured as long as the loss was sub that we were ok.Now we have a few dozen employees...It was easier then.I encourage small farm marketers to do the honor system,,because of the meth/fentynal/heroin/etc it can be a robbed out deal now,,almost all others are great people all over the USA. | |
