Bryce Michael Williams, 27, Davon De-Andre Turner, 25, and Branden Michael Wolfe, 23, also pleaded guilty under plea agreements to one count each of conspiracy to commit arson for their individual roles in igniting the precinct fire
Victor Devon Edwards, 32, A St. Paul man was sentenced to 100 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release for burning, looting, and damaging stores and businesses in downtown Minneapolis on August 26, 2020
Leroy Lemonte Perry Williams, 37, was convicted on one count of arson sentenced to 10 years in prison for starting a fire inside Target headquarters
Matthew Lee Rupert, 29, sentenced to 105 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for setting fire to a cell phone store in Minneapolis
36-year-old José Angel Felan was also ordered to pay nearly $40,000 in restitution. Felan entered a guilty plea to a federal arson charge in February. He was accused of setting fire to a Goodwill retail store
