It was anymore expensive than anything else. I bought it mixed with oats and bagged from an operation in South Dakota. It doesn't like frequent cutting. Yield was great so took cuttings when there was excess. It really took the vigor out of the stand after cutting it a few times. Fertilizer didn't revive it. No tilled back in and nice stand again.
