I’m sure Canon has adapters for their old lenses to the new mirrorless. But I recommend you buy all new components to go mirrorless. That means you aren’t tied to just Canon. Sony and Nikon have equally great gear.
My wife and I travel a lot to see new, wild places. Photography fits with that and is a great retirement hobby.
