Yes.
I think it is called scraping, when a ‘bot’ pulls all of your info (in this case, email addresses) out of a public social media post.
There are a variety of opinions about how appropriate this is but it is legal and commonly done, far as I can tell. Mostly, the FAANG’s are much more subtle about it.
