For something like this that benefits the community I am more a.icable. I have a quarter that they crossed with rural water and now a power line, I can accept those. Few years back a pipeline company wanted to put in a pipeline, everyone dug their heels in there and they did abandon that idea. 2x going rate isn't unreasonable I don't think
