We have had a Rennai on natural gas since 2020. I have descaled it a few times because we have hard water. We love it. Tank heaters fill with scale, and lose efficiency. They need attention also. We never run out of hot water, don't worry about sudden tank leaks like we had with tank heaters.
Educate me on whole house tankless water heaters
