Working on a new house design. Trying to decide on a tank or tankless water heater.
Pros & cons of each?
1620 SQ ft. Two bath, possible future 3rd in basement. Single occupant.
Town water with softener.
Have natural gas.
I see condensing and non condensing. Difference?
Brands,. Cost. Maintenance.
Anything else I've not considered.
