A full-time CNA position starting pay here is $20.00/hour DOE and/or will train with a $8,000.00 signing bonus .
"Hole diggers" as you called them can make six figures in a construction season.
Reminds me of a local guy who owned a very successful dirt business. He was himself a master excavator operator. He said once that a teacher in high school told him that if he didn’t buckle down he was going to end up digging ditches and the teacher was right.
