Springfield, OH | I hate to even comment on this because it’s likely whatever decision you make you’re going to regret. If it was me I would try to find someone to buy it and be prepared to pay high rent to farm it. I also wouldn’t wait too long to be buying some land, as other posters have said something smaller. In a perfect world you could talk the owner into selling you a percentage of the farm now and giving you 10 years to buy the remaining percentage. Whatever you do make a decision and don’t let the world make it for you. | |
