EC SoDak | It all depends on the scenario. If it’s the extremes of flooding vs severe drought in the spring, sure drought can/may be better. However, what I can say is my wetter (not flooding) springs have resulted in much better yields than being in drought all year with little submoisture going into the season. As the saying goes: “rain makes grain.”
I suppose there is always the “plant in the dust, the bins will bust” but I’ve come to find that isn’t the case the last handful of years. lol | |
