It probably isn't always happening. I believe local control is still the best way forward. If the scenario you described has happened then the system is definitely broken.
This is the last I'll say. It is happening, it is happening a lot. And closing our eyes to it is dooming our kids' future. Some people hate the normal nuclear family because they missed out on having responsible loving parents and other people hate the strong nuclear family because it provides personal strenght and values and people coming from there are harder to control from the top down. |
