Brookston, IN | Thank you for that viewpoint. I can’t see how buying this land will ever possibly work. It works even less when you value home life, we’re hoping to have kids in the next year or two and being that strapped financially just doesn’t work. And working overtime isn’t a financial gain to me. I own a small trucking company and am salaried. The company is it big enough that it can help on payments some if things get tight, but I can’t ask my company to foot the bill for the farm or I will lose both of them. It will definitely sting to lose 300 acres and go down to only farming 200. I will just try and be hopeful that some new rented ground will present itself to me. Have a happy Easter! | |
