First thing I would do is pull the bar off and thoroughly clean the chain slot. Maybe stuff is inside it building up from the Cedar and throwing the chain?
Try flipping the bar upside down?
Poo on the naysayers, it's the only saw around here guaranteed to start after sitting for more than 4 months.
