The question that arises is "is what they are teaching correct?".

It appears to me much of what has been conventionally taught as accepted knowledge concerning food nutrition has been wrong.

No matter how good the teacher is at teaching, if they are teaching information that is or has been wrong, it isn't of much value.

My focus is relearning correctly the things I was taught about nutrition that was incorrect. Much of it incorrect for around 50 years.
