I one time bought a place that was unaffordable, but of course wanted to keep farming it, i ghot a short term bridge loan and got it bought, no way no how could i afford to keep it, i then sold it to neighboring farm owned by several hunters which i rented their land and now also this parcel, so it can work sometimes!
How can a young farmer afford ground?
