Gotta live more frugally than the other guys… Small house, no new pick ups and SUV’s, SxS etc… Gotta be efficient day to day… Older equipment, town job, pack your lunch every day, work on your own stuff.. If I didn’t do all these things it would be difficult to make land payments… I like land payments to a degree, makes me not spend money on silly stuff…
