Several years ago, I helped a colleague out with an issue he was having. Several month later as a thank you he sent me a large cooler of various cuts of his Berkshire hogs. I was very appreciative of his gesture and the pork was quite good but it certainly wasn’t the amazing eating experience that it was hyped up to be.
