Yup, not long ago almost every farm was a dairy farm. Not so anymore. And among the young amish guys that think they just have to milk cows the turnover rate is fairly high. There was a farm sold within the last month between the buck and Wakefield for 45k/acre. I think is was a little over 100 acres with a worn out dairy and fairly new chicken house.
